Masti Ki Paathsaala

Paathshala or school now-a-days is not really the fun place anyone wants to go... A 15 Kg bag & Homework & tests & exams & tutions... GOD ITS BORING!!!

We do learn about various things at schools & colleges and this information also comes in handy when we are answering KBC questions. But lets get realistic... we are in billions & only few get a chance to go on to KBC!

There is a saying "I was born intelligent but education ruined me!"

Obviously... if you dont have time for interaction and play and fun... Jack will be a dull boy & Jill will be a dull girl!

When it comes to 5th September we conveniently forget the few important teachers and wish only a select few! It is good to remember the teacher who taught you history and maths and science etc... but aren't you forgetting something?

who taught us to stand up?
who taught us to say our first words?
who introduced us to this beautiful world?
who was the one who told us not to fear and run but face and fight?
who taught to to stand up one more time?
who taught us to smile & laugh?

Aren't these are equally important?

There are many more such important lessons that we learn during our lifetime from our loved ones and from our not-so-loved ones; from known ones & from unknown ones. They are more important that the lessons taught at school or college.

Every person has something that you can learn from him or her only if you are willing to learn. Even a child can teach you so many things. For eg., if you have noticed a child learning to walk... he falls so many times but he still stands up till he gets it right and can walk. We were that child once upon a time... what happened? Why do we give up we become adults?

I have held various positions in Rotaract... even headed the movement but at every stage with the entry of every new member or at meeting a new person I have learnt so many new things. Many of these are even helping me in my life!

It is said that life is a learning process. At every step you learn something. My Dad always said that 'Growth is the sign of life and stagnation is the sign of death'. So the minute we stop learning we are slowly moving towards stagnation.

HAPPY TEACHERS DAY TO MY FAMILY & FRIENDS & ACQUIANTANCES...
AND
HAPPY TEACHERS DAY TO LIFE... it is in this lifetime that I have met so many people who have spiced up my life and made it worth living... otherwise there are so many people who feel that life is not worth living & commit suicide (sacchi... read the papers!!! ;)
